Thanks to Room 7 families for a healthy shared lunch.

Another treat! Thanks to James and his family our school is at Aotea Centre to see Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat.

Find the rhyme - then make a rap. We were finding the rhyme sequence in a Ken Nesbitt poem then we turned it into a rap. Joseph and Clara did a great job of reading and rapping.

Time Travel Narrative

Rippa Rugby - we are lucky enough to have some guys from Auckland Rugby for another fantastic afternoon of sport.

Mapping... in maths we are learning about maps and directions. Room 7 cross-group are learning about where some important places are in NZ.

Tug of war

Athletics fun. The Hill Run without much running.

The St Francis Peace Prayer has been our focus this term. It teaches us how to be and it also teaches us about opposites. The first thing we did in Room Seven is learn what all the words mean.

Assembly with an Olympic Ambassador - Brooke from the Blacksticks. What a treat.

Outdoor games. They are great fun.

Now in the Courthouse... guilty as charged! We did some great reading and acted out a Courtcase. Well done team.

We are at Howick Historical Village. Room 7 is trying to write like they did in 1837 school. The class is very quiet... maybe we should try this at CTK!
